Is there a group discount?
Yes, for groups of 10 or more participants. Please contact us for more details.
Can children attend the event?
Due to the setting and content, we recommend registered children be 13 and older
Is there a discount on tickets for spouses?

Is the event handicap accessible?
Yes, there are handicap accessible entrances on both the 1st and 2nd floor. An elevator is located to the left of the desk at the main entrance. If entering from the 2nd floor, press the call button to be let in the building.
If I am a Corporate Partner, do I still have to register for a ticket?
No. You will be contacted for further information once Corporate Partnership is confirmed.
What is the refund policy?
All ticket sales are final. In the event an emergency arises, please contact us.
What does parking look like at the facility?
A private parking lot is available and there are enough spaces to accommodate the event size on the day of the event.
Will there be hearing and visual impaired interpreters?
Please contact us if you have a need for these accommodations.
Is food or drink permitted at the facility?
Yes. Please dispose of properly upon finishing.
What is the attire?
Business Casual is preferred.
What type of lunch will be provided?
Varied boxed lunches will be provided, along with water and tea. Please let us know if you have any allergies we should be aware of for
the event, so that we can accomodate.
